We took the BED 1 Art & Design students on a day trip to my favourite degree show of the year (after our own obviously!!) As an art & design (textiles) graduate of MMU myself I love going back to see the work of the graduating MMU student's and feel very proud to have once been a student here myself. It's very wierd now that its in the amazing new building, no longer can I stand where my work space used to be and have a bit of a reminisce of 'when i was here'!  Was really lucky this time to bump into one of my lecturers, the lovely Jane Mckeating and had a quick catch up and also saw an old friend Dr. Nigel Hurleston (who is now a senior lecturer on the Textiles in Practice degree at MMU Art & Design faculty) too which was really  lovely. The work, as ever, was fantastic. Inspiring, creative, inventive...loved it! 

The 2014 Degree Show has now finished. But you can still view the work of 400 graduates who have created an online profile on this site. You can find an individual graduate profile using the name search or you can explore all the work bycourse or tag or just select a random profile.
